ROLO (Register of Land-based Operatives) was developed by BALI (British Association of Landscape Industries) with the aim to raise the standards of health and safety and reduce risks and accidents for all those who work in the land-based industry sector.
This course will also encourage employers to keep a record of workers in the land-based sector who have achieved a recognised level of competence.
Upon successful completion of the course delegates will receive a BALI ROLO certificate.
ROLO certificates are valid for 5 years. Upon application for your LISS / CSCS SmartCard, it is mandatory that your ROLO has been completed within the past 2 years.
The ROLO Health, Safety and Environmental Awareness Course is a pre requisite for anyone applying for a LISS / CSCS skills card.
