Course Aims

The aim of this course is to provide the knowledge and understanding of the techniques needed to conduct quality auditing. This course covers the role of an internal auditor and the improvement of a quality management system. Delegates will gain knowledge of the importance of an effective quality management system and help them understand the role of an auditor and how to develop and improve. It introduces delegates to the ISO 9000 series standard and the 7 quality management principles.

This course will equip delegates with an understanding of the development and application of Quality Management techniques and how the ISO 9001:2015 standard is interpreted and implemented.

Certification

After completing this course, you will receive a CQI and IRCA Certified training accredited certificate. (2351).
