CompEx - ExF - Foundation

The CompEx ExF Foundation Module introduces participants to explosive or flammable environments, enhancing understanding of hazardous atmospheres involving gases, vapours, and dust.

Assessment:
Delegates will undergo a multiple-choice online assessment.

Course Aims

This course aims to support individual with little or no knowledge of working in hazardous areas and does not contain a practical element, making it more suited for workers who do not conduct installations or inspections of electrical equipment.

Certification

Upon successful completion, delegates will be awarded with a CompEx Certificate for Foundation in Hazardous Awareness. This certification is valid for 5 years.

Who Should Attend

This is best suited for non-technical individuals who work in hazardous areas with no installation or inspection tasks and require an understanding of basic Ex principles and/or a recent technician who would like to improve their understanding before moving onto more complex CompEx qualifications.
