Course Aims

Delegates will receive competence based training and assessments in the selection, use, maintenance and inspection of electrical apparatus within potentially explosive atmospheres. Skills taught through this 5-day course are in accordance with the requirements of BS EN 60079 series relevant standards. 

Certification

On successful completion of the assessments the delegates will be issued with a certificate of core competence by JTL and EEMUA valid for 5 years.

Who Should Attend

Delegates will be a competent Electrician and/or instrument craft personnel. All delegates must provide photographic identification and suitable evidence to prove competency. This may be in the form of certification or letter from your employer, alternatively you can provide a JIB Gold card.
