Course Aims

This course provides delegates with the knowledge and understanding to perform safe working procedures and best practices in relation to wind turbine power distribution systems, ensuring you can work in a safe, competent manner. This course enables delegates to become a senior authorised person (SAP) qualified to carry out safe switching of power distribution networks on wind turbines situated both on and offshore.

Certification

Delegates successfully completing this course will receive a City and Guilds accredited certificate.

Who Should Attend

Delegates attending this course should be an engineer, supervisor or technician working within the renewable energy industry, or you should be working towards working within this industry.
This course is not suitable for those delegates with limited electrical experience.
Anyone attending training should also have a good level of both spoken and written English.
