The training and examination for this course will be delivered remotely via Microsoft Teams, but will follow the same curriculum as the classroom HSA course and the same standard of training will be delivered, meeting all Scheme Rules.

CITB accredited course providing delegates with a summary of health, safety, welfare and environmental issues.
Delegates will also be given the knowledge to identify individual responsibilities for looking after themselves and others, what the employerΓÇÖs duties are and what should be done if anyoneΓÇÖs health and safety is being put at risk.
This remote learning and examination option for the market-leading HSA (Health & Safety Awareness) course has been created to allow delegates to gain and develop the required knowledge outside of the classroom.
Please Note: The minimum age of attendance for this course is 16 years old, however delegates who are under the age of 18 must bring a completed parental consent form to the first day of the training course.
Microsoft Teams MUST be installed beforehand to ensure you can participate successfully.

The multiple-choice question paper consists of 25 multiple-choice questions: 20 questions are worth one mark each and 5 questions are worth two marks each.
The delegates must obtain 25 marks out of 30 (83%) or more in order to pass the examination.
The examination lasts 30 minutes and must be completed within this time. This is a closed book exam.
Delegates who have entered, or are about to enter, the construction and civil engineering industry as a member of the workforce.

This course will be delivered via video conferencing using Microsoft Teams Virtual Classroom. This allows two-way communication, ensuring the course is interactive with delegates having the opportunity to ask questions. Each delegate in attendance must have a webcam and microphone, to provide evidence of identity and the ability to answer all examination questions.
