Bullying and Harassment Interactive (E-Learning)

Interactive E-Learning course covering all aspects of bullying and harassment at work, including what it is, what behaviours constitute bullying and harassment, what the signs are, as well as the underpinning legislation that applies. This course also covers handling complaints of bullying and harassment and how best to deal with these claims. Including guidance for fair investigations and providing advice and support.

    This section of the course covers guidance for identifying bullying and harassment, advice for seeking support as well as a brief outline of grievance procedures
  • Responding to Bulling and Harassment
    In this final section youΓÇÖll cover a managerΓÇÖs responsibilities, handling allegations and documenting evidence
