Yes. Our booking team will always do their best to help if you need to change or cancel your course. Charges may apply depending on the changes required and how much notice we receive. You can find full details in our Terms and Conditions.

Many of our training centres have free parking, but availability varies by location. Check our Training Centres page before you travel. Parking is marked as green for available, amber for limited parking and red for no parking.

We'll send you an email with your course times and joining instruction when you book. Your joining instructions contain everything you need to know before attending.

Your joining instructions will tell you everything you need to bring, including any PPE or pre-reading required. For face-to-face training, you should expect to need a hard hat, high-vis and safety footwear unless your joining instructions say otherwise.

E-learning is completed online at your own pace, without a live trainer. Virtual classroom courses are live, trainer-led sessions delivered online, so you can join from your home or work without the need to travel.

Certificates are usually processed within 28 working days of completing your course. Some awarding bodies have different processes, so certification can take longer. City & Guilds certificates can take up to three months at busy times due to their quality assurance process.
